1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Beatera software and related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Beatera is software for automating the creation and publication of music videos on YouTube. The service includes:

  • Desktop application for Windows
  • Web control panel
  • YouTube API integration
  • Automatic update system

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration with a valid email address is required to use the service.

3.2. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3.3. One account can be activated on a limited number of devices according to your license.

3.4. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.

4. Usage Rules

When using Beatera you agree to:

  • Use only music you have rights to
  • Follow YouTube community guidelines
  • Not use the service for spam or abuse
  • Not attempt to bypass app restrictions or protection
  • Not distribute or resell the software
  • Not attempt to disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer Beatera software or any of its parts

5. Content Copyright

5.1. You retain all rights to content you create with Beatera.

5.2. You are fully responsible for copyright compliance of music and visual materials used.

5.3. Beatera is not responsible for copyright violations committed by users.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1. Beatera offers various subscription plans with different feature sets.

6.2. Payment is made through secure payment systems.

6.3. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, provided you have not completed more than 3 video renders or the total rendering time has not exceeded 15 minutes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7.2. We are not responsible for blocking your YouTube channel due to platform rule violations.

7.3. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.

8. Access Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Service abuse
  • Non-payment of subscription
  • At the request of rights holders

9. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poznań, Poland.
